Koolireis (info@koolireis.ee, +372 5851 0711) operates the site koolireis.ee. We organize educational trips for school students.
2. Data we collect
Via the contact and request forms — name, email, phone (optional), subject and message text. Via the review form — name, email, trip topic and review text. This data is used only to respond and process the request.
3. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies: essential (session, language choice, cookie consent), analytics (anonymous traffic statistics), marketing (to measure ad effectiveness). On first visit you can disable any non-essential category.
4. Sharing
We do not share data with third parties except where required by law.
5. Retention
Form requests — 24 months. Published reviews — while they remain on the site. Cookies — up to 12 months or until you remove them.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it by writing to info@koolireis.ee. You may withdraw consent at any time.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the bottom of the page.
